In February, 2011 the Saunders learned that the Tiffin Drive-In Theater (SR 53 north of Tiffin, Ohio) would be closing with the retirement of the current owners. The Saunders offered to purchase the Tiffin Drive-In and the offer has been accepted!

The "deal" was finalized on April 27, 2011. Significant work is underway by the Saunders and contractors to repair the existing screen, update plumbing/equipment and add a second screen! With any luck, the first screen will be re-opened for business in May with the second screen ready to "roll 'em" in June.

Our son -- Denton -- will be the on-site manager at this newly acquired drive-in. We are hiring local employees and also sending experienced staff from our Liberty Center drive-in to train local staff at the "FOD - Tiffin" to ensure our high level of quality service to our customers is achieved.

We hope all residents within 50 miles of Tiffin, Ohio will come to check out this renovated drive-in during our 2012 season. It has been re-named the "Field of Dreams Drive-In - Tiffin". Customers can enjoy all the features our Liberty Center customers have come to enjoy:

Liberty Center, Ohio:

The Field of Dreams Drive-In Theater opened as a "new build" single screen theater in 2007 in rural Liberty Center, Ohio by Rodney and Donna Saunders.

The goal of the business is to provide cost-effective family entertainment to residents of the northwest Ohio area.

In 2010, we added a second screen to the Liberty Center location.
